Program Description

Our training program, the Alan B. Retik Fellowship Program in Pediatric Urology, is a 3-year fellowship for one fellow per year. The first two years are dedicated to research and one of these is ACGME-accredited. Fellows can choose from a multitude of options, including clinical, basic, and translational research. In addition, we fully support master’s degrees at Harvard University, including Master of Public Health and Master of Education.  The third year is ACGME-accredited and devoted to clinical training. The department is staffed by eleven pediatric urologists.

Inpatient Clinical Volume:

  • 700 admissions per year
  • 1,200 consults per year
  • 2,800 surgical cases per year
