This live virtual course is designed for healthcare providers to enhance their knowledge of diagnosing and managing a range of gynecologic medical, surgical, and social issues. Participants will become more proficient in delivering office-based preventive services and counseling to pediatric and adolescent patients regarding gynecologic concerns.

Description

Overview

The goal of this course is for providers to become more knowledgeable about the diagnosis and management of a wide variety of gynecologic medical, surgical, and social problems. Providers will become more proficient in providing office-based prevention services and counseling to pediatric and adolescent patients relating to gynecologic issues.

Course Format 

This course will be fully digital and presented via Zoom. The dynamic learning format of the course has been optimized for the virtual classroom.

Presentations will be recorded and available on demand for all paid attendees for one month after the conference.

Learning Objectives: 

At the conclusion of this educational program, learners will be able to:

    1. Review up-to-date research, guidelines, and treatment options and develop strategies to implement in practice
    2. Identify and treat common gynecological issues in pediatric and adolescent patients
    3. Assess and manage medically and psychosocially complicated cases
    4. Identify quality improvement indicators in your practice setting and develop strategies to meet them

Online Course Cancellation, Transfer & Refund Policy

Due to the propriety materials and content of each course, online virtual courses orders are NOT eligible for refund, cancellation or transfer.

Online training courses may NOT be transferred to another Participant. Participants have 2 weeks to access any virtual online course content. Participants have until the expiration date to access and complete any enduring material courses. Boston Children’s Hospital CE is not responsible for user technical difficulties including loss of internet, power outages, etc. 

Cancellation of Services
Although highly unlikely, in case an event is canceled or postponed, Boson Children’s can provide a full refund or offer a credit towards future events to those who have already registered.
