The Model for Improvement asks: What are we trying to accomplish? How will we know that a change is an improvement? What change can we make that will result in improvement? In this group, we are looking for any and all background that helps give a sense of the scope of the issue. We also want suggestions on how to best test out changes, small and large; formal and informal. This includes QI efforts and formal research.
