Shannon Mountain-Ray, MSW, LICSW discusses the importance of a valid and reliable screening tool for adolescent substance use, as well as recommended interventions following screening.

Learning Objectives: 

At the conclusion of this educational program, learners will be able to:

1. Discuss the importance of using a validated and reliable screening tool
2. Introduce the Screening to Brief Intervention (S2BI) tool
3. Describe recommended interventions based on screening results
