The INPAT 2026 meeting is a multidisciplinary, collaborative course focused on the comprehensive care of children with complex airway conditions. The INPAT 2026 meeting is a multidisciplinary, collaborative course focused on the comprehensive care of children with complex airway conditions. Hosted in Boston, this fourth edition of INPAT will convene leaders in pediatric otolaryngology, thoracic and general surgery, pulmonology, gastroenterology, critical care, anesthesiology and other disciplines to share cutting-edge approaches, novel technologies, and team-based strategies for managing pediatric airway disorders.

This three-day course will be held in person at the Hilton Boston Park Plaza, located at 50 Park Plaza, Boston, MA 02116 USA. It is situated in the heart of Boston, just minutes from all the city has to offer.

Learning Objectives:
At the conclusion of this educational program, learners will be able to:
- Compare new surgical and non-surgical management strategies for complex pediatric airway conditions, including vocal fold paralysis, subglottic and tracheal stenosis, laryngotracheal clefts, esophageal atresia, update on reflux, feeding therapy.
- Evaluate indications and strategies for single-stage and staged airway surgeries, with emphasis on multidisciplinary collaboration, decannulation planning, and long-term outcomes.
- Identify anatomical and functional contributors to aspiration and respiratory compromise in children, and implement structured diagnostic and therapeutic pathways.
- Describe best practices in the management of tracheostomy, including safe surgical techniques, complication mitigation, and decannulation readiness.
Calling for Abstracts
We invite original research abstracts focused on the comprehensive care of children with complex airway conditions. Topics for submission may include, but are not limited to, airway disorders encompassing aspects of medical management and surgical intervention. We also welcome topics related to practical patient care and innovative techniques.
Authors of accepted abstracts will be invited to present their work orally.
We will be accepting abstracts from January 5 to April 5, 2026.
