In this presentation, Dr. Schechter discusses the characteristic similarities between many different chronic pain conditions and how treatment can be approached. He covers the importance of feedback and building trust with patients and families as well as how to address concerns and the course of treatment with the family. This presentation was recorded at Pediatric Pain Management: State of the Art and Science on September 13, 2024.

Continuing Education (CE) credits for psychologists are provided through the co-sponsorship of the American Psychological Association (APA) Office of Continuing Education in Psychology (CEP). The APA CEP Office maintains responsibly for the content of the programs. This course has been approved for 0.75 continuing education credits.
