Overview
  • Dates: November 17, 18, and 19, 2025
  • Live Sessions: 2:00–6:00 PM Eastern Standard Time
    • Days 1 & 2: Approximately 3.5 hours each (within the 2–6 PM window)
    • Day 3: Approximately 4 hours (within the 2–6 PM window)
  • Pre-Recorded Content: 30–60 minutes of videos to be watched before each day’s session.
  • Breakout Sessions: 1 hour each day, scheduled separately by time zone to allow for discussion and reflection (outside of the 2–6 PM EST live session block).
  • Time Zone Flexibility: We recognize that time zones make our daily schedule more difficult for some learners. The daily schedule we have chosen allows for the most people to participate before midnight across the world. We hope you understand our constraints and strongly encourage you to attend the live sessions during the three days of the course. Live sessions will be recorded for later viewing but are not the same as learning with the group. If the timing presents challenges for you, please reach out so we can help come up with a plan.
  • Language Support: Live interpretation and translation services have been arranged. The course will be delivered in English. Two-way simultaneous translation is available for French, German, Italian, Norwegian, Portuguese and Spanish, including simultaneous translation in live, interactive breakout groups. Please notify us if you require this accommodation. There is no additional charge for this feature and it can be activated or disabled at any time.
  • Cost: $200 (invoices issued in October; payment due before the start of the course). This fee covers course sessions, learning materials, and instructor support.
  • Scholarships: A limited number are available to assist those with financial need. Please contact us directly if you need assistance.  Scholarships will prioritize participants and programs with need who will best help extend the reach of competency-based training in peer support.
  • Pre-Course Materials: Participants will receive access prior to the start of the course. Please consider purchasing headsets for listening during the course, which will minimize microphone feedback during interactive sessions and, for those using two-way translation, reduce background noise.


Online Course Cancellation, Transfer & Refund Policy

Due to the propriety materials and content of each course, online virtual courses orders are NOT eligible for refund, cancellation or transfer.

Other Terms and Conditions:
Online training courses may NOT be transferred to another Participant. Participants have 2 weeks to access any virtual online course content. Participants have until the expiration date to access and complete any enduring material courses. Boston Children’s Hospital CE is not responsible for user technical difficulties including loss of internet, power outages, etc. 

Cancellation of Services
Although highly unlikely, in case an event is canceled or postponed, Boson Children’s can provide a full refund or offer a credit towards future events to those who have already registered.

Refund Policy
Refunds will be made in the following ways: For payments received by credit or debit cards, the same credit/debit card will be refunded.
